Although Dental Art is a modern clinic, they lacked a dedicated person to manage their digital presence. The responsibility fell to an administrative team without expertise in marketing, which negatively impacted their brand image and online engagement.
Role
As the social media manager for Dental Art, I was tasked with revamping their social media presence. My goal was to create a more inviting and customer-friendly experience while providing valuable content to our followers. Through competitive research and a deep understanding of the brand’s values, I developed a new social media strategy and visuals to strengthen their online identity.
